Davis & West Welcome Brockton Native A.J. Dybantsa for Banner Dedication & Giveaway

Brockton native and consensus top prospect in the 2026 NBA Draft, A.J. Dybantsa, visited to Brockton schools in late August. First he stopped by the Davis K-8 School, which he attended through grade 5, where the school unveiled a banner dedicated to Dybantsa that should serve as a reminder to current and future Davis students of the important to setting goals and making a commitment to achieve those goals.

While at the Davis, Dybantsa reconnected with several former teachers of his as well as present-day students and staff, as well as members of the Brockton community.

At West, Dybantsa hosted an hours-long event where he connected with Brockton kids and gave away backpacks, bicycles and LEGO sets with the support of his sponsors.

Dybantsa will be attending Brigham Young University this fall as a top basketball recruit, and is expected to be drafted at the top of the first round in next year's NBA Draft.
